I don’t want to be too harsh because everybody was very kind and professional. But the prices are quite manipulative. I called around many dryer vent cleaning places and asked many different questions and tried to be diligent. They said it was starting at $90 for a cleaning. I haven’t had my dryer vent cleaned in probably 2 years (which is bad but not horrible). They told me because it’s on the roof and because it’s so bad they charge $450. They also told me that the $90 is if you get it cleaned every 6 months and the deep cleaning that costs $450 is only needed every 7 years or so… which brought up more questions they didn’t answer. I remember the other company I used went on my roof and seemed to do a good job for about $150, and when I told them that they said well nobody has tools like we do…and they made sure really tell me that the lint the way it is, is a fire hazard. Luckily they do not charge to come out to your house so I went with another company. But since all the reviews were great, I thought I would share. (I truly don’t think almost $500 is normal?) Also they tried to call me when they were here but I didn’t know it was them because their phone number shows up as “spam”…There are many more companies out there that seem a bit more realistic with their prices 🦫💫
I had a positive experience with this company. Ben and Moses did a great job of thoroughly cleaning my dryer vent ducts. These technicians were well trained, very professional, courteous, with good work ethics. They explained what the project would cost me and if I agreed they would proceed with it. The project was completed in a timely manner & cleaned their work area before they left. The price was good and they did an excellent job of getting my new dryer to work more efficiently. I will certainly call this business again in the future for yearly maintenance to my dryer vent ducts. The work did come with a 6-month warranty.

Andrew showed up and did an inspection of the system and found mold growing. So the duct cleaning ended up being a little more extensive than planned! He also educated me on preventative maintenance and how often things should be done to prevent anymore mold growth. I am a nurse so I know the effects mold can have especially if you have an allergy! I thank them for taking on this problem with professionalism!
